Senior Housing Assistance Repair Program (SHARP)
provides senior and disabled homeowners
in Lafayette with small household repairs at no cost to the owners. SHARP is a
joint effort of the Tippecanoe County Council on Aging and Habitat for Humanity
of Lafayette
Key Benefits

What Can SHARP Do For You? SHARP helps with home repairs
such as:
- leaky faucets
- wheelchair ramps
- electrical problems
- minor roof repair
- cracked ceilings
- loose carpet
- leaky toilets
- broken windows
- brick foundations
Do I Qualify?
- Be age 62 or older or permanently disabled
- Living within the city limits of Lafayette
- Own your own home (mobile homes do not qualify)
- Meet income guidelines
Fees?
- There are no fees for the repair work
- Donations for SHARP can be sent to: TCCA, P.O. Box
6478, Lafayette, IN 47903
How Do I Sign Up?
- Call 447-2311 and ask for an application or stop by
the Senior Center
- Complete the application and send it back with
documentation of your age and income.
- You will received a call back once all your
information has been received

- United Way of Greater Lafayette
- Lafayette Savings Bank (FHLBI NIP funds)
